To protect the crusher inlet box against damage, the housing is fully lined with particularly wear-resistant original KLEEMANN plates.

KLEEMANN Resistance Steel (KRS) is available in three quality grades. KRS 40 wear plates that withstand hardnesses of up to 430 HV and offer high impact resistance are highly recommended when crushing materials with very low abrasiveness, such as limestone or mixed rubble and concrete in recycling applications.

KRS 50 wear plates for materials with hardnesses of up to 530 HV are suitable when crushing stone/rocks with medium abrasiveness and recycling.

KRS HW wear plates are designed to withstand materials with high abrasiveness and have a considerably longer service life. These plates with a 10 mm wear layer withstand materials with hardnesses of up to 740 HV.

KRS 60 wear plates withstand materials with hardnesses of up to 600 HV and are particularly suitable when crushing materials with very high abrasiveness and feed materials with uncrushable content (e.g. steel).
