Abrasion lining

To protect the crusher inlet against damage, the housing is fully lined with highly wear-resistant original KLEEMANN plates.

KLEEMANN Resistance Steel (KRS) is available in three quality levels. KRS 40, which can resist hardness of up to 430 HV and has a high impact resistance, is recommended, in particular, for material with very low abrasiveness such as limestone or for the recycling of rubble and concrete.

KRS 50 is recommended for stone with medium abrasiveness and recycling and for materials with a hardness of up to 530 HV.

KRS HW, designed for material with high abrasiveness, has a significantly longer service life. Plates provided with a 10 mm thick wear layer can withstand hardnesses of up to 740 HV.

KRS 60 can withstand a hardness of up to 600 HV and is particularly suitable for very highly abrasive material and uncrushable materials (e.g. steel) in the feed material.
