To protect the crusher inlet from damage, the housing is completely covered with extremely wear-resistant genuine KLEEMANN plates.

KLEEMANN Resistance Steel (KRS) is available in three quality levels. KRS 40 plates, which can withstand a hardness of up to 430 HV and exhibit excellent impact resistance, are particularly suitable for materials with very a low level of abrasiveness, such as limestone, or for recycling building rubble and concrete. For rock with a medium degree of abrasiveness and recycling operations,

KRS 50 is suitable for materials with a hardness of up to 530 HV.

KRS HW plates, designed for materials with a high level of abrasiveness, have a significantly longer service life. These plates, which have a wear layer that is 10 mm thick, can withstand hardnesses of up to 740 HV.
